Where we ship

Home Chicken currently ships to Utah and the surrounding states. We restrict to states we can reach in 1–2 days via UPS to maintain cold-chain quality. We'll expand as our supply allows.

When we ship

Orders ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. We avoid Friday and weekend shipments so your order doesn't sit in a UPS hub over the weekend. Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout — the earliest available date will reflect our shipping schedule and your zone.

How we ship

All orders ship via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air depending on destination. Chicken is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Dry ice is a hazardous material and is handled in accordance with UPS regulations.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over $200. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on box size and delivery zone (typically $9.95–$22).

Receiving your order

UPS will leave the box at your door — no signature required. We strongly recommend you bring it inside as soon as possible after delivery. Move the chicken to your freezer (it will still be frozen on arrival) or fridge for use within a few days.

Dry ice safety

Any dry ice remaining in the box should be allowed to sublimate in a well-ventilated area. Do not handle with bare hands; do not place in a sealed container; keep away from children and pets.
