If anything is wrong, we make it right.
Because we ship perishable raw chicken, we don't accept returns. We do guarantee the quality of every order — here's exactly how it works:
If your order arrives warm or damaged
Email us at help@homechicken.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and a description of the issue. We'll replace the order at no cost on the next ship cycle, or refund you in full — your call. No forms, no fighting UPS, no "reasonable wear and tear" loopholes.
If your order doesn't arrive
UPS tracking sometimes lags. If your order is showing late by a full day, email us — we'll proactively contact UPS and update you within 24 hours.
If you're just not happy
Email us. We're a small team and we want you to love it. We'll work it out.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel any time from your account — no questions, no waiting period, no "call to speak with a representative." Your next scheduled order will not ship and you won't be charged.
